ASFPM comments to Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on Committee Draft 2020 Water Resources Development Act “America’s Water Infrastructure Act of 2020”
In its response, ASFPM identified the major issues that we feel need to be addressed in order to strengthen the CRS program and offered recommendations for each.
ASFPM appreciates that the draft rule explicitly recognizes and requires projects to comply with higher state or local floodplain management standards.
