Special Achievement: Another Class of CFMs Reaches 20-Year Milestone!
At this year’s annual conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, CFMs who earned their certification in 2004 or before were recognized for their 20-years of continuous certification. That is quite an accomplishment as less than 5% of all active CFMs have reached this milestone!
In addition to the 20-year pins, new CFMs received their first pin in recognition of their certification. All told, members of the Certification Board of Regents (CBOR) pinned a total of 53 new and veteran CFMs who attended the conference with a special lapel pin. Individual photos were taken to commemorate each CFM’s success.
If you were not able to attend the conference this year and receive your pin in person, you may order it in the ASFPM portal (go under Shop) and have your pin delivered. As can be seen in the photo albums, the pinning events were a huge success and plans are already being made for a repeat performance at next year’s conference in New Orleans, Louisiana.
