Big Ideas Wanted: ASFPM Foundation Extends Project Funding Deadline to April 4

Does your great idea need a boost? The ASFPM Foundation has extended the deadline for flood-related project applications through April 4.

Most projects begin with individuals hoping to solve a problem and make a difference.  All too often we are stalled in our tracks by lack of resources. So, let the ASFPM Foundation help with funding and more!

The Foundation, a non-profit organization, helps reduce flood risk and its impacts on people and communities.  We support ASFPM, its chapters and its members advance project, education, and policy initiatives that help build a more resilient nation. This year the Foundation will award up to $40,000 in funding for projects that make a difference for flood practitioners and communities. Projects can take many forms from a how-to guide to a training video or even a flood risk education computer game.

We are accepting applications for 2025 funding through April 4th. Visit the ASFPM Foundation Projects page to learn more and submit your application. All projects must be led or co-sponsored by an ASFPM Chapter.
