2023 ASFPM Conference by the Numbers

It’s hard to believe that it was just last month that nearly 2,000 people attended the 2023 ASFPM Annual Conference in Raleigh, NC. It was our second hybrid conference and we welcomed people from nearly every state as well as attendees from as far away as Australia, United Kingdom, France, and the Netherlands.

As one attendee noted, “It was great getting to meet folks from around the country and to hear the issues they have to deal with. We all may have different terrain, but the fundamental issues are the same.”

In what was described as a “tsunami of information, experiences, and friendships,” the 2023 Conference kicked off with a fun-filled Welcome Fest and ended with a closing reception at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Science – all with lots of learning and networking in between. Here’s a photo slideshow that captures just some of the conference experience.
