The Best Practice Portfolio has just released 11 new stories describing the use of Hazus-MH
A Best Practice tells a story, generally with a human-interest approach, of how a mitigation activity or project worked. The Portfolio itself is searchable by project, keyword, hazard, and region (state, county, etc.). The Best Practices Portfolio is a way to recognize individuals and communities that have undertaken successful mitigation projects and to encourage others to undertake similar projects to reduce loss of life and property (https://www.llis.dhs.gov/bestpracticeslist).
