Berginnis Testifies before Subcommittee of the House Financial Services

The Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance of the House Financial Services Committee will hold a hearing today (March 16) on reauthorization of the NFIP called “Flood Insurance Reform: A Community Perspective.”

ASFPM Executive Director Chad Berginnis will be testifying, along with Melissa H. Luckman, Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor of Law, Director of the Disaster Relief Clinic, Touro Law Center; Aram V. Terchunian, President and Coastal Geologist, First Coastal Corporation; and Evan Hecht, Chief Executive Officer, The Flood Insurance Agency.

The hearing is at 2 p.m. Eastern and will be streamed live.
