How do I officially become a sponsor and/or secure a booth in the exhibit hall?

In order to offically “sign-up” for a sponsorship and/or exhibit booth, please complete the commitment form.

What is the schedule of the exhibit hall?

Monday, June 1
12 – 4 pm: Exhibitor Move-in
5 – 7 pm: Exhibits Grand Opening Networking Social

Tuesday, June 2
7 am – 7 pm: Exhibitor Hall Open
7:30 – 8:30 am: Light Breakfast
10 – 10:30 am: Morning Break
3:15 – 3:45 pm: Afternoon Break
5:15 – 7 pm: Exhibits Networking Social

Wednesday, June 3
7 a.m. – 3:30 pm: Exhibitor Hall Open
7 – 8:30 am: Light Breakfast
10 – 10:30 am: Morning Break
12 – 1:30 pm: Open Lunch
3 – 3:30 pm: Afternoon Break and Final Exhibits Viewing
4 – 7 pm: Exhibitor & Decorator Tear Down, Move-Out

How/when do I choose my exhibit booth?

The exhibit hall diagram will be emailed out by Sarah in order of sign-on once it is ready. Booth selection is first come, first serve.

Are floor coverings required for exhibitors?

Yes, floor coverings are required in the exhibit hall. You can either bring your own floor covering for your booth or rent carpet from our general service contractor, Valley Expo. Valley Expo will send out our exhibitor kit once it is ready to all exhibitors. The exhibitor kit is where you will place your carpet order and can rent other items like furniture, AV, etc.

I selected a registration for my sponsorship – how do I register?

Once registration opens in Feburary, Sarah will send out instructions on how to register using a sponsorship code.
