Flood Fest 2019: The Mitigation Resilience Tour

ASFPMs 43rd Annual National Conference

Cleveland, Ohio

May 19-23, 2019

Flood-risk professionals from all over the world attend ASFPMs annual floodplain management conference. Our 43rd conference will be held May 19-23, 2019 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Join 1,000+ other attendees to network with local, state, regional, tribal and federal officials, industry leaders, consultants and a wide variety of subject matter experts from diverse fields who will give presentations relevant to our theme, "Flood Fest 2019: The Mitigation and Resilience Tour."

Time is running out if you plan to submit an abstract for a presentation at the conference. Deadline is Oct. 31. Go to the conference website and follow directions to submit online.

Coastal GeoTools News

Thank you to everyone who submitted an abstract to Coastal GeoTools, taking place Feb. 11-14 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We received 186 abstracts, so way to go! Youll be hearing from organizers soon. Online registration will become available in early November. The early-bird registration rate will be $400, and the hotel room block will open at the same time.
