The ATC-45 Field Manual provides guidelines and procedures for conducting post-windstorm and post-flood building safety evaluations to determine if buildings are safe for use, or if entry should be restricted or prohibited. The manual is intended for use by building officials, building inspectors, architects, engineers, and others involved in the post-disaster safety evaluation of buildings following disasters. The evaluation forms and posting placards contained within the document can be downloaded, but should only be used with the permission of the Authority Having Jurisdiction. One can download the documentation here: https://www.atcouncil.org/atc-45
A copy of the ATC-45 Field Manual is highly recommended for reference. An electronic version of the ATC-45 Field Manual is not available, but a printed copy can be obtained here: https://store.atcouncil.org/index.php?dispatch=products.view&product_id=68
