Substantial Damage Estimations are one of the most difficult parts of the National Flood Insurance Program. Come to this course and learn as much as you can before you have a fire, flood or tornado in your community. A laptop computer is necessary for this class.
Attend this seminar to learn about:
• NFIP requirements;
• what constitutes substantial damage;
• When and where to do damage estimations;
• using the substantial damage estimation software;
• Tips for damage estimating; as well as
• insurance claims and related insurance questions.
Presenters: Sara Henry, Todd Tucker and Chris Parsons from the Federal Emergency Management
Agency will provide the training.
What to Bring: A laptop computer is necessary for this class. You must download the SDE software on your own laptop prior to the class.
