National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)

NOAA is an agency that provides many services including; daily weather forecasts, severe storm warnings and climate monitoring to fisheries management, coastal restoration and supporting marine commerce.

National Park Service (NPS) Planning

The National Park Service planning website is dedicated to providing the public with timely information on plans being prepared by the National Park service, such as general management plans, special resource studies, and transportation plans. The site also provides a variety of information on planning, including planning tools, website links, and contacts.

National Weather Service (NWS) Flood Data

The U.S. Natural Hazard Statistics provide statistical information on fatalities, injuries and damages caused by weather related hazards. These statistics are compiled by the Office of Services and the National Climatic Data Center from information contained in Storm Data, a report comprising data from NWS forecast offices in the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands.

U.S. DOT Federal Highway Administration (FHWA)

FHWA is charged with the broad responsibility of ensuring that America's roads and highways continue to be the safest and most technologically up-to-date. Although State, local, and tribal governments own most of the Nation's highways, we provide financial and technical support to them for constructing, improving, and preserving America's highway system.
